Mr. Bobby Gray Lynch, of Old Stage Road, Yadkinville, passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at his home. He was 74.

He was born Jan. 10, 1936 in Yadkin County to the late Allen and Ruth Hoots Lynch, who both preceded him in death. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving paternal aunt, Myrtle Allgood; and uncle, Clarence Allgood, who both adopted and raised him from birth; a sister, Elaine Allgood Reavis; and a brother, Jerry Lynch. 

Mr. Lynch worked in construction work throughout the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. 

He was currently employed by Bumgarner Services in North Wilkesboro and was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church. 

He is survived a son, Bobby Joe (Rosalie) Lynch; grandchildren, Jody (Tracia) Lynch, Melissa Taylor (Aaron Hill); Landon (Audry) Lynch, Tiffany Lynch; great-grandchildren, Kaylen Fields, Kayden Taylor, Isaiah Hill; sister, Mary Anna Lynch; several nieces, nephews, cousins, including, Ellen and Neal Vaught; and friends, including Dorothy Lynch.

The family received friends Monday April 26, 2010, at Deep Creek Baptist Church. 

His Celebration of Life followed the visitation at Deep Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Page officiating.
